Claire and Nancy are absolutely the most rude store owners. I sent over $500 on jewelry that they sent to me and then got lost in the mail. When I called of course to figure out what happened to my jewelry and where it was, they hung up on me several times, said it wasn't their problem, and and i kept calling back asking about the insurance on the items trying anything to figure it out they would HANG UP ON ME again. So so so rude, trust me and never order from them. Absolutely awful customer service.
